1. Eligibility for Refund

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days of first purchase (except technical issues)
  • User has consumed significant premium content (>50% of available content)
  • Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
  • Promotional or discounted purchases clearly marked as "Non-Refundable"
  • Gift subscriptions or transfers
  • Enterprise or institutional licenses

    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

  • Cancellation effective immediately for next billing cycle

6. Prorated Refunds

For monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle or after the 7-day window, we may offer prorated refunds based on unused days:

Formula: (Monthly Fee รท 30) ร— Unused Days - Processing Fee (โ‚น50)

Example: โ‚น299/month cancelled on day 15 = (299รท30)ร—15 - 50 = โ‚น99.50 refund

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Please contact us if you:

  • Have a medical emergency preventing use of the App
  • Are facing financial hardship
  • Experience technical issues beyond our standard support scope

We review such cases individually and may offer extended refund windows or credits at our discretion.
